Feeding People Through RAGBRAI
This summer Marshalltown will be an overnight town for RAGBRAI. First Presbyterian Church is planning to participate in this opportunity to be a hospitable city and to fundraise for some important local non-profits. We have a RAGBRAI committee that has decided to host a supper. For $20 people will receive a lasagna supper with breadsticks, fruit, and dessert. Seeing Clearly in CAR
Jonathan’s House in Central African Republic (CAR) was recently awarded a Presbytery Mission Partnership grant for an exciting and important new ministry. In November 2025, Carter Strand and his wife, Julie, went to Jonathan’s House to provide eye exams and eyeglasses to those in need in the orphanage’s neighborhood.
